You will receive a confirmation once your POLi transfer goes through. 


When you make a payment through POLi you will only be able to transfer an amount up to your Daily Limit.  This means you may need to change your daily limit at your bank (this is easily done online).  For example, with CBA this can be found in "Settings" --> "Daily Transfer Limit".


In some rare cases, POLi is unable to confirm whether the customer's payment has been successful. In this case, the funds may have been transferred but you will not be displayed a receipt from POLi™ or the merchant.


If you see this message, please check your bank to see if funds have been debited. If so, please contact us at hello@hellostake.com and we will ensure your funds get transferred successfully to your Stake USD wallet.
