Yes, you certainly can, and we would love to help. There are two ways to transfer shares but only ONE is relevant to you, depending on your current broker. 

ACATS is the Automated Customer Account Transfer Service which is provided by the National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) in the US. 

DWAC/DRS Share Transfers, provided by the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) serve as the clearinghouse for over 50 exchanges and equity platforms.  

To get your shares transferred to Stake, find your broker below and follow the related steps for that process.

  1. Find your broker and download the attached pre-populated form

  2. Fill in form with your details including your Stake Account Number. 

  3. Provide your current account statement, the holdings you wish to transfer and cost price of each share.

We will pick up the process from here. There is no cost to transfer your shares into Stake via the ACATS.

To get your transfer underway, 

  1. Provide us with the Current broker, account name and account number.

  2. Provide current account statement, holdings you wish to transfer and cost price of each share.

  1. Fill out the attached letter of authorisation

  2. Send the forms to your existing broker, CC'ing

NOTE: DWAC/DRS transfers incur a $15USD fee per holding. Your account will need to be funded with this prior to transfer. 

Shares transfers take from 4-6 weeks but we endeavour to complete in 2-3 weeks.
