Changing My Details

We understand that sometimes changes need to be made to your Account, such as your mobile number or email address. You can action this in-app or web and we have added security measures to ensure the safety of your account.


Updating Account Details

  1. Sign on trading.hellostake.com on Web or the Stake Mobile App
  2. Visit your Profile Page and click into the specific area in 'Edit Personal Details' which you want to update
  3. Send a 6-digit code to your Mobile
  4. Input the code to save the changes
  5. Boom! You just made the changes to your account
