What kind of reports does Stake provide?

Account Summary Report

We've made reporting for Stake AUS simple, easy and comprehensive.

Navigating to your Profile > Tax & Documents, you can have your Account Summary Report sent to you in either PDF or Excel (.XLSX) format. You also have the ability to select a specific date range for the data in the report.

The PDF version offers visual insights into your holdings, their portfolio weightings and the respective industries through coloured pie graphs.

If you're wanting to analyse the data more carefully, the Excel (.XLSX) file has you covered with multiple tabs:

  1. Summary - account overview with a glossary at the bottom
  2. Trades - all trade activity with quantity, price & value
  3. Estimated Dividends* - may vary from actual dividends received
  4. Cash Transactions - deposits, withdrawals & net trade settlements

Note that Estimated Dividends* may vary from actual dividends received due to tax withheld by the ATO. To confirm your gross & net dividends as well as tax withheld and any franking credits, you will need to register / log in to the respective share registries associated with your holdings and view your dividend statements.

Portfolio Report

The Stake AUS Portfolio Report (holdings statement) has been made available in addition to the Account Summary Report if you're wanting to get a simple view of your open positions (holdings), cost basis and current value, at a point in time.

This report, like the Account Summary, can be generated in both PDF and Excel format for your convenience.

Contract Notes / Trade Confirmations

For every single completed trade, you will be emailed a contract note which displays all the relevant and important trade details, including (but not limited to) quantity, ticker, price & value.

You also have the ability to download your contract notes in PDF format from Tax & Documents > Trade Confirmations.
